To make AutoTempest better, you should...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    Hemmings listings can now be viewed on AutoTempest.com! They currently display under the source AutoTempest, they’ll have the Hemmings logo on each listing from them.

  5. Add Facebook Marketplace As Search Feed

    Facebook Marketplace has attracted a large number of vehicle sales, however its search mechanism seems suited for local sales, and it's a bit cumbersome to search nationally. It would be great if it could be added here as a feed, with a national view of availability for a particular search.

    We already have this option actually! On the homepage you can get to it by clicking ‘Advanced Search’ just below the search button. Or if you’re already on the results page, click on “Modify Search” in the sidebar, and then look near the bottom of the search form.

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to express my appreciation to you guys for your efforts with the site. I've been using it for a couple of years now, and over the past year I've bought two cars through it. I'm pretty specific on what I want in a vehicle, and I've been fortunate to find both a 2018 Subaru Forester Limited with a 6-speed manual, as well as a 2011 Ford Hennessey Velociraptor through the site. I absolutely love both vehicles, and I wouldn't have found them without AutoTempest.
