Add New Touareg Models
The list of volkswagen models only includes the Touareg 2 which runs to model year 2010. The Touareg 3 (t3) is model year 2011 to 2018. There is also a new model that debuted in model year 2019. I am unable to search for the 2011 Touareg using the currently supplied models

Search by Type instead of Make/Model.
I want a pickup truck. I don't care whether it's a Ford, Chevy, whatever. I also don't care whether it's a 1/2-ton, 3/4-ton, or 1-ton.
1 voteWe have that! Open the advanced search and choose ‘Truck’ under bodystyle. Leave make set to ‘Any make’.

Canada Search option
I would like to see an option to search only Canada or have a auto tempest.ca domain.

open in all tabs
Create a "right click" on number of cities (ex: 17 cities) so that we can open all cities in separate tabs with just a couple clicks, just like I can do with my folders I created in my bookmarks files.
1 voteThis feature is now on AutoTempest.com. Under craigslist results there’s a button that says Open All Craigslist Results and this will open all the results in tabs or windows (depending on your browser settings).

Add Pista and Pista Aperta to Ferrari search
Please list Pista and Pista Aperta/Spider models to be searched. There are a number for sale on the websites you work with.
1 voteWe’re actually going to simplify the Ferrari model list, since these are all really trim levels of the 488. So the way to search for the Pista would be to choose 488 from the dropdown, and then enter ‘Pista’ in the trim field.

Continue doing things like CarTrek as part of your marketing.
CarTrek was so enjoyable to watch, and definitely improves your brand recognition! Your name being out there on the videos I watch makes me remember to go here and use the site, and may in fact be where I found out about the site in the first place. I buy cars more than the average person, and your site is useful.

Listings
If i search for vehicles under $10,000 all it shows is from bring a trailer and none of them are under that price. Need to clean things up alot, thats very frustrating.

It would be cool if you guys could add filters for years and add transmissions. And filter those as some dealers often put autos as manual
Also missing models like m3 cs
1 voteWe already have filters for years and transmissions. There isn’t a lot we can do about it when sellers misidentify things though, unfortunately. (I agree it’s annoying when people seem to think anything with flappy paddles is a “manual”.)
M3 CS is a trim level of M3, so to search that please choose M3, and enter CS in the trim field.

Ability to exclude some sites
I was enjoying the site until just today when I started getting flooded with results from "BringATrailer". They don't appear to match my search criteria (e.g., got a Lamborghini when searching for SUVs) and are NOT helpful.
1 voteYou already can turn off individual sources, using the Sources control at the top of the results page.
The issue with Bring a trailer in particular is that they don’t support most of our filters (including bodystyle). We’re going to look at hiding their results by default when unsupported filters are entered.

Better Search options
You need to add an option, Clean Title, Rebuilt Title, or Salvage Title, so people can find what they are looking for more easily. I'm looking for a clean titled vehicle, yet there are tons of rebuilt & salvage vehicles I have to weed through, very frustrating. Also add an option for 4,5,6,8,10,12 cylinders etc... Also add Corvette options 1LT,2LT or 3LT, Jaguar F-type options S,R etc. Email Alerts also for saved searches and newly listed vehicles.
1 voteWe now have search filters on AutoTempest.com for Title and Cylinders, both can be found on the Advance Search section on the homepage search form and on with all the filters on the results page search form.
Searching for the models/trim mentioned using the options Nathan mentioned previously is still your best options for searching for those.

Add different trims to cars (I.E Camaro LT1, SS, ZL1)
As the title says, there should be an easier way to search for specific trims and models instead of just the car itself

Hey guys,
Just wanted to express my appreciation to you guys for your efforts with the site. I've been using it for a couple of years now, and over the past year I've bought two cars through it. I'm pretty specific on what I want in a vehicle, and I've been fortunate to find both a 2018 Subaru Forester Limited with a 6-speed manual, as well as a 2011 Ford Hennessey Velociraptor through the site.
