Your $@#*%^g software
How about getting your software to accept email addresses ending in suddenlink.net? My main email address has been in use for over 15 years, but according to your or Survey Monkey's software, it "doesn't appear to be a valid email address".

While we use surveymonkey to power our site survey, we don’t control their software. Unfortunately I have no idea why it isn’t recognizing your email address.
