Revert ZIP Codes Field Back to Being Not Required
I used to search though all of the US without even inputting a single ZIP code and would get results from all over the country. Now that it's a required field and in addition to me not living in the US and not knowing any codes it has become a problem to me since I have a hobby of looking up the prices of certain vehicles.
Please think of reverting back or add an "any" option to the field.
The reason for this change has to do with our partnerships with some suppliers of vehicle listings. You can still choose ‘any’ for the search distance though, in which case we’ll show you whatever vehicles we can find, regardless of the zip code you enter. US zip codes are 5-digit numbers.

As an international buyer, I found this very frustrating as well. Especially because US ZIP codes do follow some rules so you cannot use everything <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZIP_Code#Primary_state_prefixes>
What about explaining or linking this in the error message? Currently, the ZIP field gets red and the error message is just: ‘ZIP/Postal code is required’ without any why.
Alternatively, when using ‘Anywhere’ why not auto-filling with a ZIP code like the (near-to) Geographic center of the contiguous United States <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geographic_center_of_the_United_States>, for example Kansas City (64108) or Omaha (68127)?
By the way, I think, with those ZIP codes, even Carvana lists all cars, although on AutoTempest all cars on Carvana are listed anyway.
